NBA news: In an interview with ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk, Draymond Green talked about the state of the Golden State Warriors dynasty. Draymond said it’s entirely possible for the Warriors to win two more titles:
“I don’t see why we can’t get two more championships.” (ESPN / H/T Barstool Sports)
The Warriors did not become the dynasty they became without that kind of confidence. Stephen Curry and company would not have won number four without that kind of confidence.
Age is catching up to the Warriors. Two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry is at the top of his game, while Draymond and Klay Thompson have shown signs of age and mileage. Another title is unlikely, but you can never count out this trio on a year-to-year basis.
One or two more NBA championships will depend on Draymond and Klay. Luckily for the Warriors, both guys seem confident in holding that window open for the Warriors dynasty.
Two more NBA titles. Draymond is looking at those Michael Jordan–Scottie Pippen Chicago Bulls.
