Giannis Antetokounmpo contract extension

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to a three-year, $186 million extension.

Giannis previously hesitated re-committing to the Bucks, demanding a commitment to a winning culture.

The Damian Lillard trade showed that commitment, and was enough to get the two-time NBA MVP extended.

Giannis, Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks possibly have a nice three-year window to win one or more NBA Championships.

The Bucks and Antetokounmpo were able to get this deal done just before the start of the 2023-24 NBA season. Now they can focus solely on bringing another title to the city.
